Club de Nuit Intense

Club de Nuit Intense is a chypre floral for women from Armaf, with no perfumer credited and no release year recorded. Saffron opens it leathery and dry alongside rose and geranium, so the flower is spiced from the first minute rather than sweet. Nutmeg, pepper, caraway and violet keep the middle warm and slightly dusty, and the base is dense: oud and patchouli with amber and vanilla rounding off the smoke. Loud, and unmistakably Middle Eastern in style. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it suits autumn and winter evenings.
