Santal Carmin

Santal Carmin is an oriental woody for women and men, made by Jérôme Epinette for Atelier Cologne and released in 2014. Saffron, lime and bergamot open it bright and leathery at once, sandalwood and guaiac wood hold the middle creamy and smoky, and Madagascar vanilla, Texas cedar and papyrus close it warm and dry. The sandalwood is the thread running through all of it. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and the record gives it winter and autumn, day or night.
