Molecule 01 is a woody floral musk for women and men, made by Geza Schoen for Escentric Molecules in 2006. It has no pyramid at all: the fragrance is a single material, Iso E Super, worn on its own. The result is dry and woody with a warm amber undertone, powdery at the edges and just animalic enough to read as skin rather than perfume. Its reach and its staying power are both moderate, and it is easiest to wear in daylight through spring, summer and autumn.
