Asad

Asad is an oriental fragrance for men, released by Lattafa Perfumes in 2021 with nobody credited as its perfumer. It is warm, dark and sweet: pineapple and black pepper give it a bright, almost fizzy opening, then tobacco, coffee and patchouli settle into amber, labdanum, benzoin, vanilla and dry wood. The fruit stays around longer than you expect and keeps the whole thing from turning heavy. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, so go lightly. Autumn and winter evenings.
