Noa is a floral woody musk for women, composed by Olivier Cresp for Cacharel in 1998. It is quiet work: white musk and powdery freesia, peony and peach skin at the opening, a heart of lily-of-the-valley, jasmine and rose cut with green grass, and a woody base where coffee and incense sit far enough back to read as texture rather than flavour. The bottle is a sphere holding a single pearl. Moderate in lasting power and projection, it is a spring daytime scent, present without insisting on it.
