Casmir is an oriental vanilla for women, composed by Michel Almairac for Chopard in 1992. Mango, peach and coconut open it thick and tropical, sweet and unapologetic, then a light floral heart of jasmine, geranium and lily-of-the-valley passes quickly. What lasts is the base: vanilla and amber over sandalwood, patchouli and musk, creamy and warm and faintly powdery. Closer to a dessert than a bouquet, and generous with it. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it works in autumn and winter, day or night.
