Fuel for Life Homme is an aromatic fougere for men, created for Diesel in 2007 by Annick Menardo and Jacques Cavallier Belletrud. Anise and grapefruit open it sharp and liquorice-like, then raspberry arrives and turns the whole thing sweet, sitting deliberately against the lavender that gives it its fougere spine. Heliotrope and soft woods finish it powdery. Fruit in a masculine fougere was the idea, and it is the part people either like or do not. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it works day or night in spring and autumn.
