Fleur de Peau Eau de Parfum is a floral aldehyde for women and men, composed by Olivier Pescheux for Diptyque in 2018. Aldehydes, pink pepper and angelica give it a cold, slightly soapy opening, and iris with Turkish rose makes the middle powdery rather than sweet. The base is the real subject: musk, ambrette and ambergris with carrot seed, leather and sandalwood, which together smell like warm skin more than like flowers. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits daylight outside summer.
