Philosykos Eau de Parfum

Philosykos Eau de Parfum is a woody aromatic for women and men, made by Olivia Giacobetti for Diptyque in 1996. It is a fig tree rendered whole: green, faintly bitter fig leaf over the milky sweetness of the fruit, with coconut adding a soft lactonic warmth. Cedar and the dry bark of the fig tree hold it together underneath, so the sweetness never turns sugary. Moderate in both its reach and its staying power, it is a daytime fragrance for spring and summer.
