The One

The One is an oriental floral fragrance for women, made for Dolce&Gabbana by Christine Nagel in 2006. Peach, litchi, mandarin and bergamot open it soft and fruity, then white flowers come through, lily, jasmine and lily-of-the-valley, with plum keeping the fruit going underneath. It settles into powdery vanilla with amber, musk and a little vetiver holding it steady. Warm, sweet and rounded rather than sharp, and easy to wear for something this rich. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately. Autumn and winter, day or night.
