Gucci Bloom is a floral for women, blended by Alberto Morillas in 2017 and the first Gucci fragrance made under Alessandro Michele. The list is deliberately short: jasmine, tuberose and Rangoon creeper, a climbing plant used here in perfumery for the first time, whose flowers turn from white through pink to red as they open. The result is a dense white floral, green at the edges and faintly animalic under the tuberose. Michele asked for the smell of an overgrown garden rather than a bouquet. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits spring daylight.
