Summer by Kenzo is an oriental floral for women, composed by Alberto Morillas for Kenzo in 2005. Lemon and bergamot open it bright, and mimosa is the centre of the thing, powdery and yellow, with almond milk giving it a soft creaminess and violet, freesia and jasmine filling out the bouquet. Musk, amber, styrax and cedar keep the base close and woody. Pretty, and deliberately undemanding. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it is a summer daytime scent, as the name promises.
