Grand Soir is an oriental fragrance for women and men, made for Maison Francis Kurkdjian by Francis Kurkdjian in 2016. It is amber first and everything else second: Spanish labdanum and Siam benzoin built into something thick, resinous and golden, with orange brightening the opening and lavender giving the middle a faint aromatic lift. Vanilla, tonka bean and cedar warm the base and the finish turns soft and powdery. It lasts a long time and projects strongly. Autumn and winter evenings.
