Individuel

Individuel is an oriental woody fragrance for men, composed by Pierre Bourdon for Montblanc in 2003. Lavender, mint and pineapple open it fresh and slightly fruity, with cinnamon, cardamom and coriander adding spice from the start, then a light floral middle of orange blossom, violet and geranium passes quickly. The base is where it goes: dark chocolate and raspberry against vanilla, patchouli and oakmoss, sweet and cocoa-dusted over dry woods. Odd on paper, comfortable on skin. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits daytime in winter, spring and autumn.
