Blenheim Bouquet is a citrus aromatic fragrance for men, composed by Walter Penhaligon for Penhaligon's in 1902. There is no pyramid to it: Amalfi lemon and lime lead, dry and peel-sharp rather than sweet, with pine and lavender underneath giving it a clean, faintly soapy backbone. Black pepper adds a dusty bite, and musk is all that remains at the end. Plain, bracing and old-fashioned in shape. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits spring and summer daylight.
