Sartorial is an aromatic fougere for men, composed by Bertrand Duchaufour for Penhaligon's in 2010 and drawn from the workshop of the Savile Row tailor Norton & Sons. Aldehydes and metallic notes open it cold and strange, with pepper, ginger and violet leaf around them, and then beeswax and leather arrive and give it the smell of the idea: warm wax, cloth and lavender. Honey, oakmoss, tonka and myrrh finish it. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, suiting winter, spring and autumn daytime.
