Elegantly Tokyo is an oriental floral for women and men, composed by Jo Malone for Zara in 2021. It is built from three things and sounds thinner than it wears: lily on top, clean and green, Arabian jasmine at the centre giving it a heady white-flower creaminess, and akigalawood underneath, a peppery woody material with an oud-like darkness that stops the flowers turning sweet. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it is best in spring daylight.
