Far Away Gold is an oriental floral for women from Avon, composed by Calice Becker and released in 2014. Peach, freesia and orchid make a soft, fruity opening that quickly gives way to a heart of Indian jasmine, orange blossom and ylang-ylang. The base is the point: Madagascar vanilla folded into amber and sandalwood, warm, powdery and sweet. It is a comforting, golden floral rather than a fresh one. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, so it works best on autumn and winter evenings.
