Boccanera

Boccanera is an oriental vanilla for women and men, composed by Alessandro Gualtieri for Orto Parisi in 2014. Chilli and black pepper open it hot beside a cacao pod and ginger, and the heat never entirely leaves. Jasmine is the only flower and it is buried. The base is thick and dirty: chocolate and sugar against leather, animalic notes, musk, patchouli, cedar and vanilla, sweet and feral in the same breath. Not a subtle fragrance, and not trying to be. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it belongs to autumn and winter evenings.
