Megamare

Megamare is an aromatic aquatic for women and men, composed by Alessandro Gualtieri for Orto Parisi in 2019. Bergamot and lemon open it for a moment before the marine part swallows everything: seaweed and calone pushed far past the usual level, salty and briny, closer to a harbour at low tide than to a clean sea breeze. Hedione keeps it airy, and ambroxan, cedar and musk give it its enormous reach. Aquatic taken to an extreme rather than used for freshness. It lasts all day and fills a room, and it suits spring and summer daylight.
