Blue Jeans is an aromatic fougere for men, composed by Jean-Pierre Bethouart for Versace in 1994. Bergamot, anise and juniper open it over basil and Brazilian rosewood, and the heart is a classic fougere arrangement: lavender and geranium with rose, sage, fir and carnation. It finishes warm and powdery rather than sharp, with tonka bean and vanilla over iris, sandalwood, vetiver and patchouli. Straightforward and easy to wear. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits spring and summer daytime.
