Vibrant Leather Oud

Vibrant Leather Oud is a woody fragrance for men, composed by Jérôme Epinette for Zara in 2019. The list is short and the fragrance is built accordingly: bergamot at the top, gone quickly, then incense and woods leading into oud and amber. It reads smoky and dry rather than sweet, with the oud handled as a warm, slightly medicinal edge rather than the whole point of the thing. A simple shape, done cleanly. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits winter, spring and autumn, day or night.
