Eternity

Eternity is a floral for women, composed by Sophia Grojsman for Calvin Klein in 1988 and made as a tribute to the designer's marriage. Green notes, freesia and sage open it crisp, then the heart is a wide spring bouquet, lily-of-the-valley and narcissus with carnation adding a peppery spice that stops it turning sweet. It closes powdery and soft on heliotrope, sandalwood, amber and musk. Formal and generous rather than sheer. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it works in spring daytime.
