Beach Walk is a floral fruity gourmand for women, created for Maison Martin Margiela in 2012 by Jacques Cavallier Belletrud and Marie Salamagne, one of the three fragrances that opened the Replica line. Lemon and bergamot start it bright, then coconut milk arrives and settles the whole thing: creamy and warm rather than tropical, with ylang-ylang and heliotrope making it powdery. Benzoin, cedar and musk hold it close. It smells of suncream and skin after a day outdoors, which is what the name asks for. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits summer daytime.
