Carlisle is a floral fruity fragrance for women and men, released by Parfums de Marly in 2015 and sold at first as a Harrods exclusive. No perfumer is credited. Green apple, nutmeg and saffron open it bright and dry, and the heart turns sweet and boozy, rose and osmanthus with davana and tonka bean behind them. Patchouli, vanilla and opoponax make the base thick and balsamic, which is where it spends most of its time. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it belongs to autumn and winter evenings.
