Honour Woman is an oriental floral for women, made by Alexandra Carlin and Violaine Collas for Amouage in 2011 alongside Honour Man, and drawn from the last act of Madame Butterfly, in which the geisha Cio-Cio-San takes her own life. Rhubarb, pepper and coriander open it green and sour, and then white flowers take over completely: tuberose, gardenia and jasmine, thick and slightly bitter. Incense, leather, opoponax and vetiver keep the base dry. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it suits spring and summer days.
