Kalan

Kalan is an oriental spicy fragrance for women and men, composed by Celine Ripert for Parfums de Marly in 2019. Blood orange and black pepper open it juicy and hot at once, with an unspecified spice accord adding to the heat, and the middle is a surprise: lavender and orange blossom, softer and more floral than the opening implies. Moss, tonka bean, white sandalwood and amber give the base a warm, slightly dusty depth. Spicy and comfortable at the same time. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it works in winter, spring and autumn, day or night.
