Pegasus Exclusif is an oriental woody fragrance for men, composed by Hamid Merati-Kashani for Parfums de Marly in 2020, and a darker version of the house's Pegasus. Bitter almond is what it is built on, with heliotrope and cardamom setting it up at the top and lavender and geranium keeping the middle aromatic rather than sweet. The base is heavier than that idea suggests: oud and guaiac wood with sandalwood, amber and vanilla, smoky under the marzipan. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it belongs to autumn and winter evenings.
