Insolence

Insolence is a floral fruity for women, created for Guerlain in 2006 by Maurice Roucel and Sylvaine Delacourte. Raspberry and red berries open it loudly, and then violet takes over and does not let go: sweet, powdery and almost sugared, with rose and orange blossom around it. Iris and tonka bean deepen the drydown against resins, musk and sandalwood, which stops the whole thing reading as a sweet shop. Modern and unusual for the house, and not at all shy. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it suits autumn and winter, day or night.
