Hypnôse

Hypnôse is an oriental vanilla for women, made for Lancôme in 2005 by Annick Menardo and Thierry Wasser. Vanilla is the whole argument, creamy and warm, set against gardenia and jasmine sambac so the sweetness stays floral rather than edible, with vetiver underneath to stop it going soft. Passion flower opens it on a fruity note. The bottle was designed in the shape of a woman's silhouette. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, which makes it an autumn and winter scent, equally at home by day or at night.
