Trésor Midnight Rose is a floral woody musk for women, released by Lancôme in 2011 as the successor to Trésor In Love. No perfumer is credited. Raspberry and rose open it together, the fruit sharp against the flower, and the heart adds peony, jasmine and blackcurrant with pink pepper for a little bite. It settles into vanilla, musk and Virginia cedar, warm and soft rather than woody. Sweet throughout, and more fruit than rose despite the name. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, which puts it in autumn and winter evenings.
