Idôle Aura is a floral woody musk for women, created by Shyamala Maisondieu, Adriana Medina-Baez and Nadège Le Garlantezec for Lancôme in 2021. Salt appears in the opening and again in the base, which is what gives it its character: a clean mineral edge running under rose and bergamot, then rose and jasmine in the heart kept thin and transparent rather than lush. Bourbon vanilla, heliotrope and musk make the drydown soft and powdery. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits spring and summer daytime.
