Black Orchid is an oriental floral fragrance for women, made for Tom Ford in 2006 by David Apel and Pierre Negrin. It opens strange: black truffle and blackcurrant against gardenia and ylang-ylang, earthy and sweet at the same time. The orchid at its heart is invented rather than distilled, and the base is the dark part, chocolate, patchouli, incense, sandalwood and vanilla. The house announced it as an oriental chypre. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it is not a subtle fragrance. Autumn and winter evenings.
