Neroli Portofino is a citrus aromatic for women and men, composed by Rodrigo Flores-Roux for Tom Ford in 2011. It opens the way a good cologne does, lemon, bergamot and bitter orange squeezed over rosemary, myrtle and lavender, sharp and clean. Neroli is the centre, orange flower in its greenest and most bitter form rather than its sweet one, with jasmine and pitosporum beside it. Ambrette and amber give a little warmth at the end without weighing it down. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it is made for summer daytime.
