Gentleman Eau de Parfum Reserve Privée

Gentleman Eau de Parfum Reserve Privée is an oriental vanilla for men, made for Givenchy by Nathalie Lorson and Olivier Cresp in 2022. Iris and whiskey carry it: a cool powdery iris over a boozy, warm whiskey accord, with chestnut adding a sweet nutty thickness and amber and soft woods holding the base. Bergamot lifts the opening and then gets out of the way. Dressed-up and slightly old-school without being stuffy, and it stays fairly close to the skin for its weight. It lasts a long time and projects moderately. Autumn and winter, in the evening.
