L'Interdit Eau de Parfum

L'Interdit Eau de Parfum is an oriental floral fragrance for women, made for Givenchy by Dominique Ropion, Anne Flipo and Fanny Bal in 2018. It reworks the original L'Interdit, which the house dedicated to Audrey Hepburn, around what Givenchy called the "thrill of the forbidden". Tuberose and orange blossom carry it, big and white and unapologetic, with pear softening the opening, while patchouli, vetiver and ambroxan pull it earthier underneath. Rooney Mara fronted the launch campaign. It lasts a long time and projects strongly. Autumn and winter, day or night.
