Aqua Allegoria Pamplelune is a citrus fragrance for women, created for Guerlain in 1999 by Jean-Paul Guerlain and Mathilde Laurent. The Aqua Allegoria line was conceived as a walk through a garden, each scent built around one dominant note, and here it is grapefruit, squeezed hard and unmistakable, with bergamot sharpening the opening. Petitgrain, neroli and cassia keep the middle green and bitter, and patchouli and vanilla give the base a soft, slightly earthy landing. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it is a summer daytime scent.
