L'Instant de Guerlain pour Homme Eau Extreme is a woody spicy fragrance for men, composed by Beatrice Piquet in 2005 as the deeper and smokier version of the original L'Instant de Guerlain pour Homme. Star anise and elemi open it bright and resinous over citrus, then Lapsang tea, Indian jasmine and neroli make an unusual heart, smoky and floral together. Cocoa in the base is the signature, dark and dry against Mysore sandalwood, patchouli and cedar. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it belongs to autumn and winter evenings.
