24 Faubourg is a floral for women from Hermès, composed by Maurice Roucel in 1995 and conceived as a perfume of light and sun. A radiant white-flower accord of orange blossom, gardenia and jasmine sits on top of bright hyacinth, peach and bergamot, and then slips into a softer layer of iris. The base is warm and a little powdery, with amber, sandalwood, patchouli and vanilla. The square bottle, gently curved like silk moving in a breeze, is pure Hermès. Rich and long-lasting with a strong trail, it is best in autumn and winter.
