Un Jardin Sur Le Toit is an aromatic fruity fragrance for women and men, composed by Jean-Claude Ellena for Hermès in 2011 and the fourth of his garden scents. The garden in question is real: the one on the roof of the house's Paris headquarters on rue Faubourg Saint-Honore. Apple and pear give it a crisp, orchard-like opening, cut grass and rosemary make it green and herbal, and rose and magnolia sit lightly over the top. Sketched rather than painted. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it suits spring and summer daytime.
