Le Jardin de Monsieur Li is a citrus aromatic fragrance for women and men, composed by Jean-Claude Ellena for Hermès in 2015 from four things: kumquat, mint, jasmine and green sap. That is the whole formula, and it behaves like a sketch, sharp bitter citrus and cold mint at the start, a thin white floral in the middle, and a crushed-stem greenness running under both. Transparent rather than merely light. It lasts a moderate while and projects moderately, and it is a spring and summer daytime scent.
