Coco Mademoiselle is an oriental floral fragrance for women, made for Chanel by Jacques Polge in 2001. Orange and bergamot open it sharp and clean, Turkish rose, jasmine and ylang-ylang fill the middle, and patchouli does the real work underneath, dry and a little earthy against vanilla, tonka bean and white musk. It is far drier at the end than its citrus opening suggests, which is most of why it has lasted. It lasts a long time and projects strongly. Daytime, and best in spring and autumn.
