Poison is an oriental floral fragrance for women, made for Dior by Edouard Fléchier and Maurice Roger in 1985, and it won a FiFi award. Ripe plum and wild berries open it, dark and almost jammy, over coriander and anise. The heart is tuberose with white honey, carnation and incense, thickened by cinnamon and opoponax, and amber, sandalwood, heliotrope and vetiver close it. Nothing about it is quiet, and it smells of the decade that made it. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, so use a light hand. Autumn and winter evenings.
