Givenchy Play Intense

Givenchy Play Intense is an oriental fougere for men, made by Emilie Coppermann and Lucas Sieuzac in 2008 as the fuller version of Play. Mandarin and bergamot open it briefly before coffee takes over, dark and roasted, with pink pepper and amyris giving it a dry, woody spice. Tonka bean, patchouli, vetiver and French labdanum make the base warm and resinous, and the coffee stays audible through all of it. It lasts a long time and projects moderately, and it suits autumn and winter evenings.
