Miss Dior (2012) is a floral chypre for women, composed by François Demachy in 2012, the year Dior renamed its reworked Miss Dior Cherie line simply Miss Dior. It shares nothing with the Miss Dior of 1947 but the name. The list is short and the fragrance is direct: Italian mandarin at the top, then Egyptian jasmine and rose in a full, rich heart, with patchouli arriving early and staying. Musk closes it softly. More patchouli than chypre in the old sense. It lasts a long time and projects strongly, and it suits daytime in spring, autumn and winter.
