Libre Intense is an oriental fougere fragrance for women, made for Yves Saint Laurent by Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm in 2020, a more concentrated version of Libre. Lavender is its spine, against mandarin and bergamot at the top and again in the heart, where jasmine sambac and Tunisian orange blossom soften it. Madagascar vanilla, tonka bean and ambergris make the drydown warm and almost edible. Yves Saint Laurent called it a fragrance of "the freedom to live everything with excess", and Dua Lipa fronted the campaign. It lasts a long time and projects strongly. Autumn and winter evenings.
