Libre

Libre is an oriental fougere for women, made for Yves Saint Laurent by Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm in 2019. Lavender runs through the whole thing, top and heart both, arriving with mandarin, black currant and petitgrain and returning alongside orange blossom and jasmine. Madagascar vanilla, musk, cedar and ambergris make the base sweet and soft. The result is sharp and creamy at the same time, which is what makes it recognisable. It lasts a long time and projects moderately. Autumn, winter and spring, day or night.
